Motorists should expect delays if travelling on the M1 near Milton Keynes following a collision.
National Highways have reported a 2 car collision on the M1 Northbound between Northampton and Milton Keynes at around 11:30am (15/4).
A lane is currently closed between J15a and J15.
The highways team are warning motorists that there is slow traffic approaching and passing the scene.
Northamptonshire Police are currently en-route and traffic officers are on the scene.

UPDATE - National Highways said - All lanes now open on the #M1 northbound between J15 and J15a near #Northampton have been cleared following the earlier 2 car collision. Traffic remains heavy in the area however and will take a while to clear due to current volume of traffic. Allow extra time.
