
A cannabis farm in Milton Keynes has been closed following a raid from officers yesterday afternoon (27/5).
Officers from Milton Keynes neighbourhood team were carrying out an inquiry at a property in Broughton yesterday afternoon, when they made the find.
A large amount of cannabis plants in every single room of the house, a spokesperson for the force says.
After discovering that dangerous wiring was found around the house, the main electricity supply had to be turned off by National Grid for around 45 minutes, disrupting the surrounding community.
Thames Valley Police say there will be an increase police presence in the area in order to conduct investigations in relation to this incident.
No arrest have been made at this stage and investigation are ongoing in order to identify the suspects.
