Newport Pagnell now has more anonymous knitters spreading the same joy as Knitting Nana has done since last year.
In December, we saw knitting nana spreading the Christmas cheer with anonymous gifts left around Newport Pagnell.
While knitting nana has managed to stay anonymous despite the press attention, she has inspired a number of other anonymous knitters in the town.
A local resident, who wished to also remain anonymous, found a lovely knitted hat on a walk in Green Park, Newport Pagnell by the 'Green Park knitter'.
She said: "What a lovely find on my evening walk.
"Thank you so much Green Park secret knitter."
The note left with the hat said that the knitter had been inspired by knitting nana's story and wanted to share something with her spirit in mind.
