An independent land promoter has finalised a promotion agreement for more than 45 acres of land in Milton Keynes, with plans to develop hundreds of new homes.

Land promoter, Richborough, has secured over 45 acres of land, located south of Drayton Road in the Newton Leys area of Bletchley, which offers the potential to deliver around 320 new homes.

Richborough is known for its expertise in land promotion, guiding landowners through the often complex process of securing planning permissions and disposing of large land parcels to developers. This approach helps landowners maximise the value of their property while delivering well-planned, buildable schemes. Its team of planning, design, and commercial professionals extensively researches each site to ensure it meets the criteria for sustainable and desirable residential development.

Marc Wilson, Regional Director at Richborough, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying, "Thanks to our planning, design, and technical teams who have extensively researched the site to determine its potential as a suitable and attractive place to live. We look forward to working with the landowner to deliver the best value for them and all stakeholders."

Andrew Wright, Head of Land, Planning, and Development at Kirby Diamond, the company managing the land transaction, said, "The site attracted a significant amount of interest but Richborough’s detailed and considered offer helped provide reassurance to ourselves and the landowner. We wish Richborough good luck moving forward with the planning.”
