Starship Technologies has posted a call out for a customer that is happy to be filmed for a 'major TV channel' next week.
Starship Technologies is a US-based start-up company that recently celebrated one million deliveries worldwide, and has seen the demand for its services quadruple during lockdown.
The small white delivery robots, which made their UK debut right here in Milton Keynes in 2018, have become increasingly popular - so much so that people have even baked Starship robot cakes.
And now, it seems that Starship robots will be featured on the telly.
Starship Technologies has put a message on social media today (20/5) asking for a local resident to take part.
The message reads: "Good afternoon MK! We're looking for a Starship customer who is happy to be filmed for a major TV channel who are visiting next week.
"Based on the show being filmed, we're looking for someone with children, lives close (under 1 mile) to a Co-op store and is free on Thursday next week 27th."
