There has been a yellow weather warning issued for rain, which will begin this weekend lasting until 23:59 Sunday.
There are warnings that the heavy rain and thundery showers expected may lead to flooding and cause impacts to travel and power supplies.
Rainfall amounts are expected to vary from place to place, with a potential for up to 100m of rain water to build up in some places over this weekend.
Milton Keynes is one of the locations named affected by this weekends weather warning.
Temperatures are set to remain above 20 degrees despite the expected rainfall.
