A man, woman, two children and a baby were rescued by firefighters following a house fire in Olney this morning.
All five were treated for the effects of breathing in smoke and were handed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The Fire Service were called at just before 6am this morning to the blaze on Hipwell Court in Olney.
Two fire appliances and crews from Broughton, one from Newport Pagnell, one from Bedfordshire and one from Great Holm attended, along with four officers.
Firefighters used four sets of breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets, two immediate emergency care packs, a thermal imaging camera and small gear.
