At 12:07am yesterday evening (19/06), local firefighters raced to extinguish a flat fire that broke out above some shops in Ardwell Lane, Greenleys.
Attending the scene from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service was two appliances and crews from West Ashland, as well as one from Broughton. An officer was also present.
The responding firefighters used two hose reels, four sets of breathing apparatus, two thermal imaging cameras and a fan to make the site safe.
It is not reported that anyone was injured during the course of this incident and emergency services accounted for everyone present.
Firefighting teams returned later that same morning at 5am to carry out a reinspection of the site.
