Milton Keynes' largest independent gym to reopen to the public on 25 July

Fierce Gym, based in Old Wolverton, is preparing to reopen to the public next Saturday (25/7) with new safety measures in place.

And, to celebrate its reopening, Fierce Gym has launched two transformation programmes to help people make a significant impact to their health and fitness levels.

The first programme, called '8 week fit', is based around HIIT training. The second, called '10 week strong', focuses more on strongman training which is a unique offering locally.

Paul Tomlinson, from Fierce Gym, said: "We’re delighted that the government have allowed us to open, the response to us creating Fierce has been overwhelming and we’ve got a great following from Fitness Enthusiasts across Milton Keynes.

"Both Jessie and I are incredibly excited to be able to share the gym with our members and look forward to building a diverse community of members."

Both programmes, whether it be '8 week fit' or '10 week strong', will give you full access to Fierce Gym alongside guided programme coaching, training/nutrition guides, Fit3D body composition scans to monitor your progress, the chance to win your programme fees back, and more.

Those who wish to join Fierce Gym can also take advantage of the current promotion - if you use the code 'LOCAL30' you can get a membership at £30.00 per month.
