
This weekend, the hugely popular Reggae Land Festival will return to Milton Keynes’ National Bowl. Here is everything you need to know before attending…
Taking place on August 3 and 4, the festival’s organisers have scheduled a huge lineup and promised the two-day festival will be “THE reggae event of the year”.
The annual event sees a lineup of reggae, dancehall, dub, and jungle across five stages over the two-day weekend, in addition to a lineup of huge international artists, Caribbean food village with over 70 traders, a reggae flea market, carnival float stage, carnival dancers, rum shacks, and so much more.
Residents are being urged to plan their journeys ahead with over 15,000 people expected to be heading to the National Bowl.
Who’s performing?
This year's line-up will see Jamaican singer and songwriter Koffee, with hits like Toast, Rapture, Lockdown, Pull Up, to take the stage.
Iconic Jamaican DJ Popcaan is set to perform with his best work on Sunday, August 4.
Also performing will be Grammy Award Winning Artist Shabba Ranks, in addition to singer of hit ‘Hold You’, Gyptian, Skip Marley, Burning Spear, Sanchez, Tarrus Riley and many more.
Opening times
The event begins at 12pm, with performances starting immediately. The last entry time is strictly enforced at 5pm. Its recommended guests plan their journey and arrive as early as possible to avoid the queues.
Is there an age limit?
Reggae Land is a family-friendly festival that welcomes music enthusiasts of all ages! To ensure the safety of the younger attendees, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The goal is for everyone to enjoy themselves in a secure environment.
Parking
Organisers have arranged parking for the convenience of guests at ReggaeLand 2024. This year, they’re employing a colour-coded system for car parks. For parking details and tickets, refer to the following links:

What counts as a prohibited item?
Illegal substances, alcohol and any kind of liquid (including perfume. makeup products, aerosols, etc.), glass items, any object that could potentially be used as a weapon or cause danger, offence, or disruption. Camping is not allowed (No tents or camping equipment).
What can you bring?
Hand sanitisers (100ml or less) will be allowed upon security checking the contents of the bottle.
Unsealed bottles of water, chairs, and small picnics will be allowed. Earplugs to protect your hearing is acceptable.
Camping chairs are permitted entry to Reggae Land. However please be aware these will not be able to be taken to front of stage areas, guests are asked to be mindful of other people’s space and use your chair towards the back of the bowl.
Lost items
If you lose something during the festival, please visit the Lost & Found booth located near at the welfare are next to the main stage. After the festival, you can contact staff at hello@jbmmusic.com to inquire about lost items.
