The V8 Marlborough Street is currently closed between the H6 Childs Way, and the H7 Chaffron Way, due to a collision.
UPDATE 16:30 - The road has now reopened following the earlier collision.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police warned motorists on social media: "The V8 Marlborough Street is currently closed between the H6 Childs Way, and the H7 Chaffron Way while emergency services are dealing with a road traffic collision.
"Please avoid the area and use alternative routes."
Diversions are in place.
