Emergency services were called to the collision on Saturday morning (19/2).
Crews were called to Brickhill Street, between H3 to H4, at around 10:17am on Saturday morning.
One fire engine and firefighters from Newport Pagnell and one from Broughton attended, along with an officer.
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue reported that the car had rolled onto its side during the collision.
One man was released, uninjured, before fire crews arrived.
The firefighters used power tools to release one woman, injured, and passed her into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police.
