Residents have been told to avoid the Marsh End Road area in Newport Pagnell following a serious collision.
Officers are currently on scene at a serious road traffic collision in Newport Pagnell.
Marsh End Road between Broad Street and Green Park Drive will be closed for several hours whilst investigation work takes place, police say.
Milton Keynes City Council have told residents to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
In a statement on social media, Milton Keynes City Council has said: "Following a request from TVP, we have closed Marsh End Road, Green Park Drive to Broad Street until further notice.
"Please avoid the area and use an alternative route."
