Cyclist taken to hospital with serious injuries following collision involving bus near Milton Keynes

    Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision near Lathbury, Buckinghamshire, today (6/2).

    A bus and a cyclist were involved in the collision on the B526 at around 8am.

    The cyclist, a man in his forties, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Milton Keynes University Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.

    No arrests have been made.

    Investigating officer PC Alastair Jarratt, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this collision, whereby a cyclist has sustained serious injuries, to please come forward.

    “Also, if you were driving in the area around the time of the collision and have dash-cam, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
