The married couple have been working on plans to grow their businesses in Milton Keynes.
This Easter weekend, Great Gelato and Jo’s Cake Co. are opening the first gelateria and bakery in Milton Keynes.
Opening on Stony Stratford High Street, the store will combine husband Ethan's gelato business, Great Gelato with his wife Jo's Jo's Cake Co.
Following a rapid increase in online customers, the couple wanted to grow their businesses even further and felt they had a niche idea to bring to Milton Keynes.
Ethan's Great Gelato focuses on handcrafted Italian gelato infused with British flavours and Jo specialises in delicious treats to 'make your life sweeter'.
Ethan told MKFM: "We will be on the Stony Stratford high street, serving you freshly-made, handcrafted Italian gelato, freshly-baked cookies and delicious hot drinks.
"Look out for our secret menu and special flavours. With indoor and outdoor seating, we look forward to serving you the best treats all year around. We are going to be the coolest place in town!"
Great Gelato will be opening on Good Friday at 11am, just in time for Easter.
