The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for more snow in Milton Keynes this weekend.
On Sunday (24/1) Milton Keynes experienced snowfall for the first time in a long while, which resulted in disruptions to travel and COVID-19 testing.
The after-effects of the freezing temperatures meant that pipes at two COVID-19 test centres were closed, and staff could not wash their hands, so two sites (CMK and Bletchley) were closed on Monday (25/1).
Everything has since cleared up, and temperatures are much milder, but another weather warning is on the way.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow that runs from 03:00 to 18:00 on Saturday (30/1).
This warning covers a large stretch of the country, from Chester down to Gloucester, and it includes Milton Keynes.
The Met Office predicts snow in Milton Keynes from 06:00 to around 12:00.
