A new book shop has launched at MKUH as part of a new community initiative.
A Community Book Shop was launched by staff at Milton Keynes Hospital last Monday (28/3).
Dotted around the hospital, people are now able to take books to read and enjoy at home.
Staff at the hospital are also able to donate books.
#TeamMKUH, look out for our Community Book Shop dotted around the hospital! 📚 If you find one of these books, please take them home to enjoy. If you’re a member of staff and would like to donate books, contact the Communications Team! @cara_crotty @NHSAlice pic.twitter.com/6AY5DLarsj

The initiative comes as the hospital also launched a Sustainable Food Swap.
Located in the staff-only area of the hospital, staff can now donate any unwanted packaged or canned food items that are not wanted or needed.
These items can then be taken home by another member of staff.
