Businesses in Milton Keynes are suffering due to ill health

New Business Health & Wellbeing event launching this September at Bannatyne

Business Live UK were approached by Bannatyne Health Club & Spa, Milton Keynes to solve the age-old dilemma that is finding the perfect work-life balance.

The Business Live UK team, alongside Bannatyne, are excited to announce that in September they will be hosting their first Business Health & Wellbeing event, which will take place every quarter – beginning on Thursday 19th September.

It will be hosted in the beautiful Winter Gardens at Bannatyne Milton Keynes, from 6pm-8:30pm.

“Everyone knows about the rewards that come with success in business, but far fewer want to admit that associated pressures can take their toll.” said Victoria Beale.

“Heading up any business can be a lonely role. Having a happy workforce makes for a more engaged team which in turn increases productivity and contributes to improving success.”

“A common misconception is that, as a manager, you are supposed to be able to cope with whatever the job throws at you,” said Daniel Ward, sales and marketing manager at Bannatyne in Milton Keynes.

“It's perfectly acceptable to admit that you are stressed, or feeling rundown. But it is most definitely not acceptable to think that stress is something you need to put up with,” he added.

“The health club is the perfect place to combat stress and develop both physical and mental strength.”

Nothing is more important in our lives than our health, and Business Health & Wellbeing will provide managers with the necessary tools to make a real change.

Experts will be on hand to teach business owners, managers and HR directors the importance of looking after their staff and themselves.

Mini-treatments will be available, and a buffet and refreshments will be served at the Business Live UK event, which will also be a fantastic opportunity to network with other business professionals from the local area in a pressure free environment.

Signing up to the Health & Wellbeing event is the first step to turning your business around.
