Two people injured in Milton Keynes after collision left vehicle 'on its roof'

    Two people were injured and a vehicle was left 'on its roof' following a collision in Milton Keynes this afternoon.

    Emergency services were called to the incident on Station Road in Bow Brickhill at 12.52pm today.

    One appliance and crew from Broughton, one from West Ashland and an officer attended.

    No-one was trapped but a man and a woman were injured and were left in the care of the ambulance service.

    Firefighters used absorbent pads from an environmental protection kit. The incident was left with Thames Valley Police.

    A Bucks Fire and Rescue spokesperson said the road was "likely to be closed temporarily" whilst they remained at the scene. It has since re-opened.

    Heavy traffic was reported past the scene between the junctions with Brickhill Road and Woburn Sands Road.
