The Police and Fire service are on the scene at a road traffic collision on the A5 in Milton Keynes.
Thames Valley Police say that the A4146 in the direction of Aylesbury is currently closed at the junction of the A5 and A4146 (McDonalds Roundabout).
There are also queues and reduced lanes on the rest of the roundabout.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and find an alternative route.
An MKFM listener has tweeted to say that a lorry has overturned at the roundabout.
Traffic is heavy in the affected area.
