The victim was walking her dog in Queensway at about 10.30pm on Monday 23 July
She was approached by a male who started to show interest in her dog.
The male then followed the victim to a bench near the junction of Lennox Road where he sexually assaulted her by touching her inappropriately over her clothing.
On Friday (21/9) a 17-year-old from Bletchley was charged with one count of sexual assault on a female. He is due to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on 16 October.
The boy had been previously arrested on 28 August and released under investigation.
