Bedfordshire Police had to close a busy road near Milton Keynes on Tuesday following an incident.
On Tuesday (25 June), emergency services were called to an incident involving a bus carrying school children on Watling Street near the Flying Fox roundabout.
Colleagues from the ambulance, fire department, and police department responded to the incident, where police say two kids were sent to hospital following minor burn injuries.
The Health and Safety Executive has been tasked with conducting an inquiry into the event.
