The stall can be found at 14 Burners Lane, Kiln Farm today (31/7).
Baby Basics MK is a registered charity dedicated to supporting families who are in greatest need in Milton Keynes.
They rely on donations of second-hand baby items.
The charity said: "If you're finding it difficult to make ends meet, you can come along and buy 10 food items for £2 and tins of formula for £4."
Baby Basics have food in ages 6 months, 7 months, 10 months, 12+ and formula in stage 1, 2 and follow on.
The shop is cash only.
