People receiving their COVID-19 vaccination had a nice surprise this morning (15/2) when actor John Barrowman was one of the volunteers.
The British-American actor, who currently a judge on ITV's Dancing On Ice, arrived at Saxon Court wearing his red t-shirt as part of The Sun's Jabs Army campaign.
John Barrowman helped the team and spoke to other volunteers at the centre about the biggest vaccination rollout in NHS history.
The 53-year-old told ITV News: "I think it is wonderful, we should be completely behind everybody who is volunteering and people who are getting the vaccine. I want to be a part of it, I've been isolating, so have my family, let's get it back to normal."
The city's mass vaccination centre is located in the former civic offices and has the capacity to administer 2,000 jabs per day.
So far, around one in ten people in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire have had the COVID-19 vaccine.
