22nd April: Road in Bletchley closed this morning due to 'serious accident'

A road in Bletchley has been closed this morning (22/4) due to a 'serious' road traffic collision.

Thames Valley Police has said that officers are currently at the scene along Sherwood Drive.

As a result of the incident, Sherwood Drive is currently closed at the junction with Buckingham Road.

The AA states that the road is closed both ways due to a "serious accident".

A police spokesperson said: "Please avoid the area at this time and find an alternative route."
