A local teenager that shot to online fame in lockdown is now raking in up to £10,000 a day by posting videos of herself.
Alicia Breuer, from Milton Keynes, first started making TikTok videos in June 2020 to pass the time and soon was spotted by a digital talent manager.
Now, she has nearly one million followers on TikTok, and a further 195,000 followers on Instagram. Her videos mostly consist of lipsyncing to popular songs, like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, but she also does 'transition' videos detailing her makeup and outfit looks.
This online gig has resulted in Alicia making thousands of pounds per day by promoting big brands such as Lounge, Boohoo, and Bershka.

The 17-year-old told The Mirror: “It gave me something to do during the pandemic when I wasn’t studying for my A-levels.
“If I’m now able to make £10,000 some days, I’m going to focus on my videos – there’s no point going to university.”
She continued: “The majority of my videos are lip syncing to music.
“None of them take too long. Even a transition video only takes an hour to make.
“I did a music promo for Alexa, where I lay in the plank position on my elbows and feet on the roof of a car, but it was removed because it was deemed dangerous if others tried it.
“So I had to film it on the stairs and the kitchen counter.”
Although she no longer wants to go to university, Alicia is continuing with her A-Levels and says that her family, friends, and teachers have been supportive.
According to The Mirror, the teenager is now saving her money and hopes to start her own business.
Jessica Henig, who founded Unlocked branding, which represents Alicia, says that the company has helped 25 girls build their following.
She explained: “Some of our earlier clients now make £100,000 in one day, but that could be a deal for six months of content that is paid on one day.
"When we approached them they only had about 20,000 followers, but they’re now earning high wages and making real careers and a lot are not going to university. We help them build their own businesses, like a fashion or skin care brand.
“They build out of TikTok and Instagram and YouTube, but can end up investing in a brand as businesswomen."
Alicia's online presence has been growing in recent months, with many fan pages being dedicated to her.
Her videos on TikTok have generated a total 15.5 million likes.
