Q:alliance is the LGBTQ+ charity for Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, providing support, information and empowerment to the community.
They facilitate a variety of services and safe spaces across Milton Keynes, including youth one-to-one services and groups, adult social spaces and wellbeing support, family spaces and corporate training. They work in partnership with a variety of schools, organisations and businesses, working towards positive change and creating an equitable city for all.
As part of their corporate training, Q:alliance offer a bespoke service to meet the needs of your organisation. Topics covered can include, but are not limited to workplace inclusivity, general information, signposting, history and events, onboarding and staff support. Previous beneficiaries of our corporate training include H&M, Mercedes, ICAEW, John Lewis and Thames Valley Police.
