Our experienced team provide advice on a range of residential mortgages; including for first time buyers, home movers, remortgaging and product switches. As well as that, schemes including shared ownership and equity share are right up our street. In addition, we are also highly experienced with a wide variety of income sources such as self-employed (sole trader and Ltd company directors), contractors, CIS workers, public sector workers, and variable income like commissions, overtime, and bonuses.
We don't stop there though, we love buy to let and let to buy mortgages too, with clients ranging from first time investors to portfolio landlords (including those who hold properties in LTD sole purpose vehicles).
As our name suggests, mortgages aren’t all we do, as we are hugely passionate about making sure our clients have financial protection too! Insurance can be a daunting word, but we present the options in a carefully considered package, each recommendation as bespoke as the client they are for.
Life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, family income benefit, as well as building and contents insurance can all be life changing policies when called upon. We all know someone who has passed away too young, been diagnosed with a critical illness, or been unable to work due to ill health, we therefore see it as our job to advise you today so you are protected tomorrow.

Having lived in Milton Keynes since I was a toddler, and being extremely proud of it, working with MKFM is a very exciting opportunity! Whilst on a mission to achieve different objectives, I do believe our goals and ethics are well aligned to the mutual benefit of our clients and listeners.
