Auntie Em’s Kitchen Brings Festive Street Food to Molly’s Irish Fun Pubs This Christmas in Milton Keynes

Auntie Em’s Kitchen, renowned for serving up some of the most delicious street food in the area, is thrilled to announce they will be the official caterer at Molly’s Irish Fun Pubs in Milton Keynes this Christmas!

This festive season, Auntie Em’s Kitchen will bring its signature street food flair with an Irish twist to Molly’s lively pub atmosphere, making it the perfect destination for holiday gatherings.

Under the guidance of Emily-Jane, affectionately known as Auntie Em, this partnership will serve up a special Christmas menu that blends hearty, traditional flavours with a fresh, street food approach. Auntie Em’s Kitchen is also proud to offer a range of options that cater to everyone. The Christmas menu will include Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free choices. This exclusive menu will feature:

    - Beef Brisket slow-cooked in Guinness – a rich and tender dish infused with cinnamon and nutmeg - all the flavours of Christmas. (GF)

    - Homemade Irish Sausages with Colcannon – classic Irish sausages paired with creamy mashed potatoes and cabbage.

    - Optional festive sides such as Craic’n Cauliflower Cheese (V) and the always popular Pigs in Blankets.

    - Vegan Sausages served on top of crispy seasoned fries with lashings of onion gravy.

This is more than just a Christmas dinner; it’s street food with an Irish twist, designed to bring warmth and festive cheer to everyone who walks through Molly’s doors.

    Giving Back to the Community

Adding even more heart to the season, a percentage of the profits from this festive collaboration will be donated to Auntie’s Cookery Academy, a community project founded by Auntie Em herself. Auntie’s Cookery Academy is a hands-on initiative designed to teach essential cooking skills, empowering individuals to cook healthy, delicious meals at home from scratch. By dining at Molly’s Irish Fun Pubs this Christmas, guests will not only enjoy a fantastic meal but also help support a valuable community cause.

“We are beyond excited to bring our street food to the Christmas festivities at Molly’s Irish Pubs. We have spent hours perfecting the menu to bring something different, hearty, and Christmassy – without the turkey!” said Emily-Jane, founder of Auntie Em’s Kitchen. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to share our love of good food while also supporting Auntie’s Cookery Academy, a project that means the world to me and to the local community.”
