Crash investigation work continue on the A422 near Milton Keynes and Northampton.
The road was first closed last night (28/2) following what Thames Valley Police have described as a 'serious collision' between Stratford Road in Deanshanger and the Nash/Beachampton turn.
TVP posted on social media at around 6:47pm last night: "We are on the scene of a serious collision on the A422. Road closures are in place from the Old Stratford Roundabout to Wycombe Park Road.
"Closures are likely to be in place for some time we thank the public for their patience."

A422 closed at Stratford Road, Deanshanger due to a police incident. Please avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
The road is predicted to remain closed for a number of hours.
There are currently diversions in place.
