One person has been taken to hospital by ambulance following a road traffic collision which closed the A5 near Milton Keynes.
The road was closed for a number of hours between the Old Stratford Roundabout and the junction with Towcester this lunchtime.
Crews from both Bucks and Northants Fire and Rescue attended the scene at just before 11am.
One car and one HGV were involved in the collision.
One adult was freed from the car by fire service crews on their arrival and taken to Hospital via land ambulance.
The road has since re-opened to all traffic.
