The VIC is located within centre:mk shopping centre on Silbury Arcade opposite John Lewis and close to Door 13.
Destination Milton Keynes (DMK), the official Destination Management Organisation for the city, in partnership with centre:mk operates an MK Visitor Information Centre (VIC).
The VIC is open seven days a week at these times;
Monday 1:30pm – 5pm
Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 5pm
Sunday 11:30am – 3:30pm
It also has small range of MK merchandise and memorabilia to purchase including mugs, postcards and even mini concrete cows!
It is the place to go for local, regional and international visitors to Milton Keynes, and has up-to-date information on attractions, hotels, events and travel options for the 100,000s of visitors that MK attracts every year.
DMK has worked with a number of partners and stakeholders on the project to open this facility including; MK Council, Whittlebury Hall, iprint MK, Get Smart Promotions, Yowzer Signs and the DMK membership.
The VIC is staffed by volunteers and we're always looking for additional members to add to the team. If you're interested email alison@destinationmiltonkeynes.co.uk for an application form. Volunteers must be over 18 years old.
