Our popular Parks and Run programme has been going on for more than two decades. Parks and Run is a monthly programme of fun runs for all ages and abilities.

There’s always a choice of distances, ranging from 2km for beginners to 10km for the fittest runners, and all routes are circular. Routes can be downloaded from each monthly entry on the events calendar. Taking part is free but booking is essential.
Please note that under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
