Booking:
The event is free to attend, however, if you can, we ask you to book your ticket on Eventbrite with a donation. This enables us to cover all costs and offer future community events, as well as to keep you updated about the classes and teachers. You are welcome to attend as many classes as you wish. There will be opportunity to mingle with yoga teaches and other health and wellbeing professionals at the event.
Practical information:
The classes are outdoors and weather dependent. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and appropriate clothing. It's a good idea to bring a blanket for Savasana or if you are planning to attend Sound healing. You may want to also bring a pillow, an eye pillow and any other yoga props that you usually use. However, that's all optional! You can do yoga without anything, just your breath.
Disclaimer:
Most of the classes are one or other form of physical activity so if you have any health issues that you think might affect your participation in the event, it is your responsibility to check with a medical professional about the suitability of the activity for you.
Parking:
There is very limited free parking available around the Peace Pagoda and Willen Lake North. Official paid parking is the Peace Pagoda Parking which is managed by The Parks Trust (payment via Ringo app or at the machines). From there, it's a 10 minutes stroll up the hill, and towards the lake, and then to the left where The Maze aka Labyrinth is.

We're looking for volunteers available during the day of the event between 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm, as well as volunteers willing to contribute their marketing (social media), PR (for press) and/or creative skills (photographers and videographers).
