An invitation to pause….fuse your fluidity (flowing) and focus (staccato) to create chaos…..give attention to.....and explore CHAOS and your relationship with it through the 5Rthythms practice. Suitable whether you are a regular, drop-in from time-to-time, or have been considering trying the 5Rhythms.
5RHYTHMS IN MILTON KEYNES, FRIDAY EVENING, WAVES, DROP-IN, CLASSES
-7pm doors open and you are welcome to get together over a hot drink
-7pm warm-up music starts - TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR GIVING YOURSELF TIME TO ARRIVE, TRANSITION FROM YOUR DAY & SETTLE INTO THE SPACE
-7.10pm NEW TO 5RHYTHMS DEMONSTRATION AND GUIDANCE
-7.20pm bodyparts warm-up guided by Gabrielle Roth (RECOMMENDED)
-7.30pm prompt class starts. We may briefly gather together. We will dance two consecutive cycles (waves) of the 5Rthythms.
-9.30pm sweat ends with koshi chimes
-9.30pm optional closing and sharing gathering
Warm-up music starts 7pm, 7.10pm new dancers demo and guidance, 7.20pm Gabrielle Roth guided bodyparts (recommended)
PRACTICALITIES
-THE POSTCODE WILL NOT TAKE YOU DIRECTLY TO WATERHALL PRIMARY SCHOOL SO PLEASE USE THE STREET ADDRESS 54 Fern Grove, Bletchley, Milton Keynes IN YOUR ROUTE FINDER.
-The doors close 7.30 pm. Should you have any problems my mobile number is 07974 149912
-Park in the School Car Park.
-Keep hydrated : bring a water bottle with you
-Wear loose layered clothing that you feel comfortable in
-Bare feet are preferable, alternatively soft shoes or trainers

Drop in, pay at the door, cash only. Sliding scale, please give with integrity & honesty. £15 full-time employed. £10 part-time employed. £5 unwaged, pensioners, single parents, students
WHAT ARE THE 5RHYTHMS
5Rhythms is a simple and flexible practice which can be experienced by anyone regardless of culture, gender, age, shape, experience, fitness and physical limitations. There are no steps or routines so dancers can move at their own pace, within their own capacity without judgment from the other dancers.
