Guided introductory walk at Willen Lake South along an accessible route & facilities.
More Information (MKFM is not responsible for external websites)
With the route designed to be accessible for walking and wheeling, everyone is welcome to attend. We will meet at the Willen Observation Wheel, which is located off V10 Brickhill Street, where there are accessible toilets (including Changing Places) and a cafe. We will then walk around the South Lake and learn about wildlife and the activities that happen here.
The walk will last roughly 1 hour and cover approximately 2 miles. There are some benches along the route for rest stops. We will use surfaced paths, which can be bumpy in localised areas, but we will avoid large slopes. Please get in touch to tell us how we can support your accessibility requirements. A hearing loop is available on request.
No booking is required. We hope to see you there!
