Miley Cyrus has all but confessed she’s a pothead after declaring she’s happy to live in California where the laws on smoking pot are relaxed.
Pictured in the past chugging on a bong, the racy Disney actress says she’s more comfortable with the idea of smoking weed because she’s only seen booze derail the people around her.
The 20-year-old delivered her stance on drug use after she was cornered by Rolling Stone magazine, who asked her if she was a stoner.
