Milton Keynes very own Charity Bike Ride in aid of Cancer Research UK took place on Sunday September 11th, setting off from the Hilton Hotel in Kents Hill.
There was a great turnout with lots of people cycling the course along the Redways of Milton Keynes to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
The winning team with the most participants was "Are We There Yet?" who won a giant cookie!
There was live music, a charity auction, barbeque, bouncy castle and music from MKFM's Thunder Jim and www.bookmeadisco.com plus Samantha The Panther from MKFM came along to join in the fun.
And of course our Black Panther team was there, snapping away...
Did we snap you? Check out the photos below...
Question:- What makes this event so unequalled?
Answer:- Milton Keynes' Redways Cycle Route network. This enables all cyclists to remain safe, away from the main roads. (on minor road for very short distance) This means that anyone can take part in the rides, whether you are a child, a casual rider or a more experienced rider... allowing everyone to all take part and raise funds/awareness for Cancer Research UK.
This is the 6th year of Milton Keynes unequalled Charity Bike Ride, so why not join us and see for yourself you can have fun whilst raising money helping to keep families together longer.
Better still get a team together of 12 or more and you can save even more money.
