A vehicle fire closed a slip road on the M1 in Northamptonshire earlier this morning with emergency services being called to the scene.
Police and Fire services were at the J16 southbound entry slip road which had been closed to all motorists.
The slip road has since re-opened and traffic is back to normal.
Drivers were told to expect slight delays in the area, with a diversion in place via J15A.
The fire did not cause any lane closures on the main M1 carriageway.
Crews from Long Buckby and The Mounts Fire Stations attended the scene for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue.
