The company founder (Dom Rampello) and the associate partners have collectively sold over half a million records internationally.  Their Publishing associates have worked with many key brands and companies in the synchronising of music (BBC, CBS, FOX, SKY, ITV, Ford, MTV, Paramount, etc).

The Founder ‘cut his teeth’ in distribution having worked at Pinnacle Entertainment and then The Pickwick Group before starting his own company, RGS Entertainment. He has dedicated his time to the development of Hip Hop and Urban music in the UK, having worked with artist such as Swiss, Klashnekoff, Jehst, Wretch 32, J2K, Million Dan, Ashley Walters and many many more. It may have actually been easier to write a list of artists that he hasn’t worked with or been associated with in the past.

Distribution has been at the forefront of the services that RGS Entertainment has offered. The ethos has always been to help and assist independent artists reach a wider audience with their music. However due to the changing landscape of the music industry, RGS Entertainment has constantly evolved to offer more and better services. This enables the company to grow but also allows the current clients and prospective clients the opportunity to grow with the evolving service base.
